Fr. Michael Sinnott after he was released by his abductors last November 12, 2009 said [my abductors are not MILF… they want to be known as "original lumad or (indigenous people) of Mindanao].
Secretary Ronaldo Puno, howver,insisted that the MILF was behind the kidnapping, implying that the public testimonies of Fr. Sinnott thru the press were substantially false.
This is unbelievable! The Irish priest is a great man of prayer, outstanding integrity and simplicity sworn to preach the WORDS OF JESUS in the Holy Bible.
To tell lies in public was beyond the wildest dream of this Columbian priest when he took his solemn vow. At this point in time, public figures must learn how to temper their actions and rhetorics with the accepted norms of decency and morality befitting respectable public officials.
A lie, no matter how unimportant, remains a lie that will soon bring back disgrace and dishonor to the liars.
